J. Robert Burnell (1929 – 2021) was a beloved local artist – and long-time customer of ours – well known for his paintings of the Tidewater area. His fans enjoy his renditions of local landmarks and scenes from Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and more, as well as nautical scenes and seascapes.
